RETURN POLICY

Customer satisfaction is what we mainly aim for. In any case, however, our customers reserve the right to return the products and either receive a replacement or a refund, according to the below description.

GENERALLY

Our customers reserve the right of return within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt in case the product is defective or if they are not satisfied with their purchase.

It is highly important that the packaging as well as the products are in perfect condition, not damaged externally (torn box/blister), no security tapes/gelatines removed and accompanied by the purchase document (receipt or invoice).

For hygiene reasons, no returns are accepted on H/F and Bluetooth headsets, if the packaging has already been opened.

The return of the products can only be made with our partner company ELTA or Speedex Courier and the customers must call and request for return to the following address – at the recipient’s expenses:

The package should be well packed and include the proof of purchase.

ATTENTION: Returns of products are only made at the current price of each item on the date of receipt.

RETURN WITH REPLACEMENT

The basic prerequisite for the replacement of a product is that it must be in perfect condition, as described above. The customers can choose another product of equal or greater value. Any price difference shall be borne by the customers. As soon as received and checked, Www.mrmobilerethymno.gr proceeds immediately to the shipment of the replacement product.

 

RETURN WITH PAYMENT OF MONEY (Withdrawal)

In the event that the customers do not wish to replace the product for any reason, they reserve the right to withdraw. The basic prerequisite for us to proceed with the refund is that the products returned are in perfect condition. The refund process starts from the date of receipt and after inspection of the product and is completed within 7 working days.

For payments that have been made either by cash on delivery (COD) or by bank deposit, it is necessary for the customers to inform us about the details of their bank account, i.e.

For credit card payments, the refund is made to the respective cards.
